The tools run in your browser and send me nothing. Everything else, plainly stated.
Last updated: [launch date]. This policy covers realtytrustcompany.com and the analysis tools hosted on it.
I collect the least I can get away with. I do not sell your information, I do not share it with data brokers or advertisers, and I do not run advertising trackers on this site.
You can use both analysis tools without giving me anything at all. When you do give me something — a name, an email, a property address — it is because you asked me to do something with it, and it is used for that and nothing else.
Nothing that identifies you. The hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting. If basic analytics are enabled, they are configured to record page views without cross-site tracking, advertising identifiers, or the sale of any data.
Nothing leaves your browser. The calculations run on your own device. Property addresses, purchase prices, rents, loan terms and every other figure you type stay on your machine and are not transmitted to me or to anyone else. Close the tab and they are gone.
The one exception is the free PDF summary. To download it, you give me your email address. That address, with the headline figures of the deal you ran (the address if you entered one, the plan, the price, repairs, value, rent, the verdict and the score), arrives in my inbox and is stored with MailerLite, the email service I use, so I can send you a short series of follow-up notes about that deal. Every one has an unsubscribe link. I never sell or share your information.
Your name, email address, phone number if you give one, the topic you select, and whatever you write in the message. It is delivered to my email through a form-handling service and stored in my email like any other correspondence.
An email address, a password stored only as a cryptographic hash, and the property data you choose to save. Payment for a subscription is processed by a third-party payment processor; I never see or store your card number.
That is the complete list. I do not build advertising profiles, I do not enrich your record against third-party databases, and I do not use what you tell me to prospect anyone else.
Only service providers who need it to make the site work — the web host, the form handler, the email provider, and (if you subscribe) the payment processor. Each is bound to use it only to provide that service.
Beyond that, I disclose information only when you ask me to (for instance, to your CPA, attorney or qualified intermediary), or when the law requires it.
I do not sell personal information, and I have not sold or shared personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in the preceding twelve months.
Correspondence, as long as the relationship and any applicable brokerage record-keeping rules require. Account data, until you delete the account. Ask me to delete something and, unless a record-keeping rule prevents it, I will — and I will tell you if one does.
Wherever you live, you can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, ask me to delete it, or ask me to stop contacting you. If you are in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or another state with a comprehensive privacy law, those rights are statutory and I will honor them on the same terms without charging you or treating you differently for asking.
Write to the address below or call. I will respond within 45 days.
The site is served over HTTPS, passwords would be hashed, and payment details never touch my systems. No one can promise a system is unbreachable, and I am not going to be the first. What I can promise is that I collect little enough that a breach would expose little.
This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and I do not knowingly collect information from children.
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes and the substance of the change is described here.
